In-Store

Returns are welcome, for most goods, 14 days following the sale.  

Returned items must be unopened/unused to be eligible for a refund.  

We do not accept returns on books, consumable pantry goods.

Online Orders

Online orders may be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after date of delivery for bayberry credit only. Items must remain in original packaging with no signs of wear in order to be considered for exchange. 

Please contact bayberryfairport@gmail.com with a photo of the item within 10 days of date of delivery to begin the exchange process. 

We cannot accept returns without prior approval via email from bayberryfairport@gmail.com.
